  • How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan?
    You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time by contacting us via email at billing@dclanguagesolutions.com. All cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades will be effective on your next renewal day (i.e., the first day of the next month).
  • Will my subscription be renewed automatically?
    Yes, your subscription will automatically be renewed on the first day of each month until you let us know that you would like to change your plan or cancel your account.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept checks, ACH payments, and all major credit cards.
  • How will you invoice me?
    Each month, we will email you (1) an invoice for the subscription fee for the current month; and (2) a separate invoice for the interpretation calls for the previous month. For example, let's say you are subscribed to the Business Plan and you used 30 minutes of Spanish audio interpretation during the month of January. You will pay $99 for the February subscription fee plus the January interpretation usage charge (your Spanish audio rate multiplied by 30 minutes).
  • How is call duration calculated?
    For each call, there is a minimum charge of 2 minutes. Any call duration beyond 2 minutes is rounded to the nearest minute for billing purposes. For instance, if your call lasts 45 seconds, you will be billed for 2 minutes. Similarly, if your call lasts 35 minutes and 27 seconds, you will be billed for 36 minutes.
  • Are interpreters available 24/7?
    Yes! Audio interpretation is available 24/7 for all languages. Video interpretation is also available 24/7 for Spanish and American Sign Language, and from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, for all other languages.
  • Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
    Yes! We offer a no-questions-asked, 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us at billing@dclanguagesolutions.com to request a refund. We do keep an eye on your interpretation usage during this timeframe. If you are found to be using interpretation excessively before requesting a refund, we reserve the right to charge you for such usage and only refund the subscription fee.
